Nexus was set up in 1993 and since then we have built strong working relationships with our clients and we are proud of the long-standing partnerships we’ve developed.
We’re passionate about what we do and we have hands-on experience delivering sustainable results to demanding clients in different sectors. We pay more attention to results than to models or processes, and we are more interested in fitting in with your way of working than imposing our own. We try to get the best out of everybody, and in return we engage ourselves completely with the organisations and individuals.
As a team we are international both in outlook and experience. We have strong multicultural experience having worked with more than 70 nationalities and in 35 countries. We work in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Portuguese.
Meet the Nexus partners: Oliver, Simon and David, who have worked together for over 20 years.
Oliver Hibbert
For the last twenty years Oliver’s professional goal has been to help individuals and companies realise their potential by linking personal engagement to organisational strategy. He believes strongly in corporate and individual diversity, and works to bring out the best in organisations by getting different cultures and characters to work together towards shared goals. His style is facilitative, connecting people to their own resources and to those of their organisation. His approach is to start from strengths, both individual and organisational, and to use this positive core as the basis for building higher future performance.
Simon Reed
Simon is strongly motivated by helping individuals to succeed professionally and companies to become better places to work. He supports people and organisations in bringing about greater collaboration and positive integration, building trust and mutual understanding across organisational boundaries. To achieve this he draws on his expertise in the areas of engagement, leadership, teambuilding, communication, negotiation and culture. He strives to provide solutions which are clear, simple and practical, and brings great energy and enthusiasm to his work. Simon works in English, French and Italian.
In his spare time Simon enjoys playing both classical and flamenco guitar.
David Jones
David enjoys getting to know people and their cultures and has been lucky enough to make this a central part of his working life. He has worked with clients in more than 20 countries helping them develop the vision, leadership and engagement that creates strong partnerships and tangible results. His professional focus is on helping people find purpose, connection and passion in their work, developing their confidence and strengths through a flexible and interactive approach. He is most frequently described as positive, enthusiastic and approachable.
He has a passion for wildlife photography and travel and enjoys getting ‘up close and personal’ to all manner of wildlife on camping trips through Africa.
